Robert Half, one of the leading recruitment agencies worldwide, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Supervisor for one of our distinguished client firms specializing in public accounting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with trust, estate, and fiduciary tax preparation and review. Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating tax audits.

• Prepare and review of estate, trust, and fiduciary tax returns.

• Supervising and coordinating staff’s workload, training, and development activities.

• Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely tax returns and financial statements.

• Assisting in the creation of tax planning strategies for clients.

• Maintaining relationships with clients to provide exceptional service.

• Researching and providing updates on new tax laws and regulations.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• CPA Certification is strongly preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in public accounting with specialization in estate, trust, and fiduciary tax preparation and review.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience supervising a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
