Adecco Healthcare is searching for a dedicated and motivated Nurse Manager to join our client's team at their top-tier facility in Glens Falls, NY - 12801. This is a direct-hire, permanent position.

Pay

$43.65 to $64.63 per hour (depending on experience)

Sign on Bonus: $20,000

Shift

7a-7p OR 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday

Requirements

  • Currently holds an active and unencumbered RN license in the state of New York.

  • Must have BHU experience (behavioral health unit) can have mental health, ICU / ER / MED SURG

  • Experience as an RN / manager / managing unit

What we are looking for

  • 3 years relevant clinical experience required (5 Years preferred)

  • Previous nursing management experience preferred

  • High emotional intelligence required

  • Basic understanding of principles of performance improvement and use of data to improve outcomes

  • Working knowledge of regulatory and DNV requirements

  • Ability to provide feedback and have crucial conversations

  • Ability to organize work, delegate effectively, and to assign, direct and evaluate the work of other employees

  • Proficient clinician in ICU

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team

  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, unit/service line/department specific applications
