The Data Analyst (Administration) is responsible for maintaining and managing the day to day responsibilities of the policies and contracts of Glens Falls Hospital (GFH). The position is also responsible to complete projects as assigned based on the annual enterprise-wide risk assessment and the insurance program. The resource is responsible for working to achieve performance metrics in the areas of contract and policy project management and to provide data analysis, reporting and summary information regarding policies and contracts. The Analyst is also responsible for performing a wide array of duties in support of the Administrative team. This is position has a hybrid role. It will require 2 days a week on-site. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology or related preferred. Healthcare, compliance and/or database management experience preferred Skills/Abilities: * Strong skills in attention to detail, resourcefulness, and follow through in a timely manner. * Must be able to work both independently and in a team setting. * Strong communication skills both verbal and written. * Demonstrated ability to communicate via all mediums to internal and external customers. * Must be able to guide peers through procedure and processes improvements. * Ability to work cross functionally to achieve goals. * Strong analytical skills to dissect information and problem-solve are required * Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Salary Range The expected base rate for this Glens Falls, New York, United States-based position is $21.04 to $31.56 per hour.
