Robert Half Marketing/Communications Coordinator in Glendora, California

Description We are seeking a Marketing/Communications Coordinator based in Glendora, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity within the education consultancy industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for facilitating lead generation, conducting online workshops, and creating marketing strategies that prioritize patient care and education.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive lead generation

• Coordinate and conduct online workshops and webinars to educate potential clients

• Utilize CRM and database tools to track and analyze marketing efforts

• Utilize Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to monitor and improve social media and website performance

• Create and manage advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness

• Oversee budget processes related to marketing and communication initiatives

• Plan and execute campaign strategies

• Communicate effectively with team members and potential clients

• Develop multimedia presentations for various marketing platforms

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies to improve future campaigns. Requirements • Proven experience in a Marketing/Communications Coordinator role or similar

• Strong proficiency in CRM and Database management

• Understanding and experience with EO/IR systems

• Prior use of Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for marketing purposes

• Experience in creating and managing Advertisements for various platforms

• Demonstrated ability to increase Brand Awareness through various strategies

• Understanding of Budget Processes within a marketing context

• Skilled in Campaign Planning and execution

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to create compelling Multimedia Presentations for diverse audiences

• Experience in conducting Webinar Presentations

• Familiarity with various Webinar platforms and their functionalities. Innovation starts with people.®
