REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Montana Drivers License and be insurable
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Get along well with people
• Enjoy making a difference in the lives of individuals we serve

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with their day to day living skills at home and in the community
• Provide on-call support coverage to the group homes
• Train staff members
• Assist in the development of personal support plans
• May provide coverage on weekends

Full-time supervisory position.

$18.50 per hour to start; $1,000 sign-on bonus (stipulations do apply) and 2% increase after 1 year. Benefits include: major medical, dental, vision, life insurance, sick leave, holiday pay and vacation leave.
