Responsibilities:

• Conducting interviews to gather information for cases

• Managing and organizing case files to ensure they are up to date and accessible

• Communicating with clients to inform them of case progress and to answer any questions they may have

• Documenting all case activity to ensure that all information is recorded accurately

• Working closely with other team members to collaborate on cases and share information

• Ensuring all case management activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner

• Utilizing various communication methods to ensure all parties are kept informed of case developments

• Performing other related duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the team.

Requirements • Proficiency in Case Management

• Excellent client communication skills

• Experience in documentation and record-keeping

• Ability to conduct and document interviews effectively

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of legal terminology and principles

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong research skills

• Familiarity with legal software and tools

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word and Excel

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
