Glengariff Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is looking for as Assistant Food Service Director to join the team.

Assistant Food Service Director

Assistant Food Service Director Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Dietary staff

• Ensuring daily and weekly cleaning is complete

• Inventory Management

• Assist with the ordering of food and supplies

• Oversee the cooking staff to ensure quality meals are produced

• Other duties as assigned

Assistant Food Service Director Requirements:

• Culinary background, with Supervision experience in Food Service Management required

• Experience in long term care setting preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Associate Degree preferred

• Experience with Mealtracker preferred, but will train

• Experience with tray-line service

Assistant Food Service Director Salary Range :

Up to $30 an hour (Based on experience) (salaried position)
