KBR Data Controller in Glasgow, United Kingdom

Title:

Data Controller

We are looking for a Data Controller to support multiple projects under a multi-million-pound infrastructure portfolio in the West of Scotland.

The work you do will give you exposure to senior stakeholders and project teams and you will be part of a highly skilled and ambitious team.

What We Need

  • Strong organisational skills essential along with stakeholder (internal and external) management and engagement.

  • Must be able to clearly demonstrate a pro-active approach

  • Must have previous document control experience – issuing documentation (contractor and stakeholder) updating registers, providing reporting information.

  • Experience of working in a project / technical environment working with multi stakeholders

  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (particularly Excel, Word and Teams / SharePoint) & PDF software.

  • Result oriented, teamwork, ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team and good organisation skills

  • Experience of working to a Quality Management System

The role will include working with sensitive information therefore we are looking for candidates that demonstrate high integrity.

Security Requirements

You may need to hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Clearance (5 years continuous residency in the UK is mandatory).

Location

The role will be based in Glasgow City Centre but there is flexibility to work from home occasionally.
