Our client in the industrial sector is seeking an Order Selector to join their team. As an Order Selector, you will be part of the warehouse department supporting the shipping team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Job Title: Order Selector

Location: Gilroy, CA

Pay Range: $20.16 per hour

What's the Job?

• Select cases, bags, and other containers of refrigerated foods to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage systems.

• Place pallets on Forklift/Power Jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets or Vox Audio Communication System (where available).

• Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area.

• Ensure count accuracy, record counts on appropriate forms and visually inspect for damaged product.

• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep warehouse area, loading dock, and trailers clear and clean as required.

• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.

• Must meet the company performance standards for the job.

• Must participate in company orientation and training.

• Must be able to follow instructions.
