Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Recreation Leader - Kiddy Korner.

The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator. The primary function of this position is to help facilitate a range of activities, crafts and games for children ages 18 months to 7 years in a safe and friendly environment.

  • Be able to work with minimal to no supervision, respond to emergency situations and be astute in conflict resolution skills

  • Possess outstanding customer service and communication skills

  • Flexible availability to workdays and evenings (Approximately 10 – 15 hours weekly. Hours for these positions are Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 12 pm and 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Friday from 8 am – 12 pm and 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm with rotating Saturdays from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm)

  • Possess and maintain certification for CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days of hire

  • Age requirement: Must be 18+ years

This position is At-Will and FLSA Non-Exempt - eligible for overtime compensation.
