Scope of Position:

In the role as the North American National Service Sales Leader, you will play a crucial part in the success of the ALC business. Your responsibilities will include creating a strategic vision, collaborating with key stakeholders, and spearheading the growth of the service sales business. We seek a proactive leader who can cultivate strong customer connections, actively contribute to winning major contractsprojects, oversee the creation and enhancement of service sales procedures and the value proposition, foster a top-notch work culture, and motivate the team to surpass annual sales targets in a dynamic setting.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, establishing, and collaborating with the business P&L leaders to execute essential process enhancements aimed at boosting business productivity.

  • Responsible for increasing market share by identifying innovative solutions that add value with additional offerings that and improve our business performance.

  • Engage with primary stakeholders to determine market opportunities and develop an effective strategy to secure business profitability.

  • Analyze any deficiencies in the service offering product and create strategies to minimize their potential effects.

  • Foster collaboration among other Carrier functions and business divisions to drive growth and effectively capitalize on cross-business unit opportunities.

  • Attain results in boosting the adoption of new service agreements, linking new service customer contracts with installation initiatives, and meeting ALC's service conversion objectives.

  • Influences the service sales management team to optimize gross margin, return on sales, revenue, and growth targets for the North American region.

  • Actively involved in the recruiting process for sales managers and reps

  • Providing coaching to local service sales leaders on key account sales, setting sales rep objectives, sales rep performance, and hiring profiles.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 8+ years of service sales industry experience

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC Service Sales, HVAC, Building Automation, or controls knowledge.

  • Previous experience selling to Facilities management, etc.

  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and drivinge utilization within and the organization.

  • Ability to lead and motivate leaders.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft 360 applications.

Pay Range:

$133,319 - $232,919 Annually
