PruittHealth Executive Director of Personal Care Services in Georgia, Georgia

As part of PruittHealth’s top initiatives, a new division for Personal Care Services (PCS) iin the Atlanta, GA market. PruittHealth is looking to bring on an Executive Director to operationalize and stand up this new division, as well as sell, market and run the day-to-day operations. This position will require someone who is a driver with an entrepreneurial spirit, and passionate about customer service. It will require a minimum of five years sales experience, clinical experience (PCS preferred) and/or experience with owning their own business.

JOB PURPOSE:

This role is responsible for standing up the Personal Care Services (PCS) service line for PruittHealth in the Atlanta market. Main responsibilities of the role include administering the day-to-day operations of PCS, as well as marketing, sales, and growth.

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and writing skills, with a take charge attitude.

• Optimal customer service skills, with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

• Exudes an entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong selling and marketing skill set

• Must be comfortable interacting with department directors, administrators, and clinical staff.

• Able to perform a wide variety of tasks that require independent judgement, ingenuity, and initiative.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Stands up and operationalizes Personal Care Services in the Atlanta market. This will be a new service line within the retail space.

  2. Oversees the operations of the PCS Atlanta service area.

  3. Driver of all marketing, sales, and growth of Personal Care Services.

  4. Facilitates the highest level of customer service in all interactions with clients, client families, referral partners, or any outside or public entity.

  5. Participates and takes leadership in the development and review of appropriate policy and procedure.

  6. Leads monthly and periodic team meetings for the operational and administrative functions of PCS program.

  7. Coordinates annual and ongoing strategic planning for PCS program.

  8. Develops and oversees metrics to demonstrate program impact.

  9. Oversees program budget, review of performance measures and use of staff resources proportional to activity and patient care.

  10. Regularly reviews financial and operational impact of PCS program on the company and produces summaries for leadership review.

  11. Leads the identification of education needs for staff and development of effective educational strategies.

  12. Provides outreach to community agencies and health care settings as appropriate.

  13. Ensures that clinical protocols, utilization review, case management, quality assurance and compliance programs are implemented according to company policies.

  14. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulatory standards; participates in quality assurance and peer review programs; and ensures compliance with and implementation of any resulting recommendations.

  15. Functions as spokesperson for the program internally and externally.

  16. Coordinates with billing departments, credentialing agency, and care management.

  17. Works with leadership to enhance the PCS program’s community outreach to hospitals, physicians, the public, health care facilities and other applicable organizations in the community (estate planners, etc).

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is preferred, but not required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Five or more years in sales experience; Personal Care Services management experience is preferred but not required

• Operating in a supervisory role for two or more years

• Experience with running or owning a business, as well as growing a retail or customer service-oriented enterprise.
