Description We are in search of a Controller to join our team in Georgetown, Texas. The individual will be instrumental in the financial management and accounting sector of our organization. As a Controller, you will be tasked with the preparation of financial statements, overseeing budget processes, ensuring compliance with tax laws, and managing internal controls and audit processes among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and management of financial statements and reports.

• Oversee and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.

• Manage and maintain internal controls and audit processes.

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for financial management.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately.

• Conduct Auditing processes and implement corrections as necessary.

• Manage the Budget Processes and make necessary adjustments.

• Use CRM and Crystal reports for efficient data management and reporting. Requirements

• Proficiency in 3M

• Experience with Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to utilize CRM

• Proficient in Crystal Reports

• Knowledge of comprehensive Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Auditing skills

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

GAAP, ACS 606, ASC 842, GP, CPA preferred
