This role involves programming and troubleshooting robots for Sealer, UBC, Primer, Base, Clear, and Dampening paint applications.

Requirements include:

• proficiency in PLC programming (Allen Bradley, Omron, etc.)

• a technical degree or equivalent experience

• multitasking, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

Experience with robotic paint applications, Kawasaki/Fanuc robots, digital engineering tools, and microcontroller programming is a bonus.

responsibilities:

• Online robot programming for Sealer, UBC, and Dampening

• Run trials and adjust parameters

• Evaluate quality drawings and ensure they meet standards

• Online robot programming for Primer, Base, and Clear

• Run trials and adjust parameters

• Evaluate quality drawings and ensure they meet standards

• Electrical drawing review for new paint equipment installations

• Develop equipment countermeasures during setup and trials

• Set up new paint equipment and calibrate systems to ensure proper function

• Prepare and confirm new paint equipment at vendor sites

• Test functionality and confirm proper operation and safety devices

• Create Hand Over Documents

• Capture snapshots of the robot processes

• Willingness to travel

qualifications:

• Experience level: Experienced

• Minimum 2 years of experience

• Education: High School
