As a Maintenance Technician you will assist the maintenance department with installs, tests, repairs and maintenance of the plant production machinery, support equipment, building and other systems . Responsibilities for this Maintenance Technician job include:

• Test and repair hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment or systems

• Fabricate and machine components to repair jigs, fixtures and parts for projects

• Write, program, troubleshoot, modify and/or repair programmable logice controllers, CNC machines, robotics

• Perform basic administrative skills including documentation of work, problem solve and continuously improve safety, quality and productivity

• Read and interpret manuals, work orders for maintenance and service, schematics and blueprints

• Experience programming/troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLC's, Kawasaki Robots, electrical circuits and controls

Qualifications:

• Detail Oriented

• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints

• Technical knowledge: PLC's, computers and information technology, hydraulic/pneumatic, motion/motor control, welding, machining

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely

• Strong problem solving skills

• Ability to work any shift including overtime, holidays, weekends and shutdowns

• Must have reliable transportation

• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English

• MUST be able to pass background check, physical and hair follicle drug test

Pay Details: $20.20 to $35.06 per hour
