General Manager Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and driven General Manager Trainee to join our Taco Bell team! In this role, you will receive hands-on training to develop the leadership skills needed to run a successful restaurant. You will work closely with current management to learn the ins and outs of operations, financials, team leadership, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Develop leadership and management skills to lead a high-performing team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales and labor costs.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train team members.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a General Manager role.
