Philips Service Readiness Engineer in Genoa, Italy

Service Readiness Engineer

representing the WW (Worldwide) service team as a global point of contact within theEnterprise Informatics(EI) group.

Your role:

  • Execute the Service expert testing & validation plans required to support the commercialization programs

  • Coordinating and verifying the WW service plans and activities with the global service community throughout the post commercial release life cycle of each product.

  • Work closely with Service Readiness Leadrole to regularly reviewnew programs & software versions to assess the service delivery requirements, resources, and training requirements.

  • Work closely with Service Readiness Lead role to update and supportthe Customer Support Product Plan (CSPP).

  • Define service training requirements forassignedproducts or programs

  • Gather and improve product serviceabilityas input for upcoming program requirements

  • Create andreviewcommercialization deliverables including service documentation, customer documentation and training packages.

  • Perform validation of software releases by FCO (Field Change Order) process

  • Manage the First of Kind (FOK) installationas a SubjectMatter Expert (SME) and provide relevant feedback to stakeholders.

  • Implement improvement opportunities based on Service feedback associated to customer experience, product, and operations.

  • Assume a SME role (with related certification)for third-party Software and solutions

  • Responsible for service readiness of new platform service deliverables

You're the right fit if you have:

  • University Degree/Master Degree or equivalent in IT, technical field or a related field.

  • 1-3 years experience in Service/Technical engineering, preferably related to radiology informatics.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Strong team player attitude.

  • Good flexibility ad positive attitude towards changes.

  • English language skills in addition to italian as local language.
