We are looking for an AI&Data Specialist to join our IT team in the DATA & ANALYTICS area. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building and overseeing the overall AI and ML solutions in the organization. He/she will be the central point that provides expertise on ML complexities around interconnectivity, integrations, privacy, security, scalability and operation.

Demonstrate your passion

• Actively contribute to the journey of renewal and modernization of AI & Data applications, according to the transformation roadmap, with an increasing focus on ML applications delivery

• Play a key role in the delivery of new AI & Data capabilities (shoreside and shipside) with the collaboration of external parties and drive the adoption

• Define processes, tools, standards and best practices

• Incorporate ethics, fairness and AI explainability

• Ensure adherence to security, regulatory and compliance frameworks

• Champion Data Quality practices and processes

• How? You will discover how AI is a key enabler for driving the business and taking proper decision, both for allocating company resources and for driving efficiency on all business process (Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, etc).

• You will empower cross-functional team collaboration maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

What makes you unique:

• Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar/equivalent studies;

• 3/5 years of experience in IT AI & Data function within global companies’ / system integrators / digital start-up or scale-up environment;

• Knowledge on Python and SQL and experience in ML engineering/architecture is a must, preferably with Databricks. Knowledge of MLOps is a key differentiator

• Experience with Oracle DWH or Snowflake is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of Office 365 and collaboration tools

• Project Management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies are preferred

• Business acumen and willingness to understand the complexity and variety of the cruise business

• Excitement and curiosity about new technologies and innovation

• Excellent communication skills and attitude to teamwork

• Fluent English is essential (B2 level), any other foreign language would be a plus
