• POSITION SUMMARY:

• In accordance to established policies and procedures, supervises the daily operations of the department. Provides supervision and on-going training to employees assigned to work in the Housekeeping and Linen Departments.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

• EDUCATION:

• Minimum:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Preferred:

• A.A.S. degree in appropriate field

• LICENSE:

• PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

• Minimum :

• IEHA Associate membership or equivalent

• WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum:

• Two years as a Housekeeping Aide or one year as Housekeeping Team Leader.

• Preferred:

• Prior supervisory experience

• SKILLS:

• Minimum:

• Demonstrated leadership abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ability to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner.

• Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and enhance the spirit of teamwork through effective role modeling.

• Computer literacy required with word processing, spreadsheets,

• Preferred :

• Experience with Microsoft Office products including word, excel and power point.

  Salary Range: $57,001.34 - $59,740.00
