Randstad is hiring for General Laborers in Geneva, IL. Our client, a leading food packaging and manufacturer, needs 15 third shift General Laborers, all positions are temp to hire, to start the week of June 17th. Come work in a modern facility, with a growing client making around foods that keep the world fed! Why You Should Work Here: - Monday - Friday schedule (though weekend hours may be needed for OT) - Regular and reliable working hours - Employee benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision, partner discounts, and more - Over 30 employees have already converted from temp to perm this year - Weekly Pay When You'll Work: - Monday - Friday: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM - Weekends as needed - $17/hour regular time, $25.50/hour overtime What You'll Do: - Ensure smooth operation of a production line - Pack boxes with product - Load products on pallets and build pallets - Move pallets through the facility - Report any issues to your lead - Maintain a clean and safe work environment

qualifications:

dress code:

• Shirts must be at minimum a t-shirt, no crop tops or any tops that expose skin - Pants must go to the ankle - Clothes must be free of rips, tears, stains, or decorations like glitter, and others, that could fall off - Shoes must be closed toe
