Description A Robert Half client located in the western suburbs is immediately seeking a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst will work fully on-site and report directly to the Controller. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial reporting, financial analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and more.

To be successful in the role, the Financial Analyst will need at least seven years of experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required to be considered for the Financial Analyst role. Experience in the manufacturing industry is required, along with cost accounting experience.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a financial analyst role within the wholesale distribution of durable goods industry

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions, with a focus on ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Expertise in handling Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, and Manufacturing Cost Accounting

• Demonstrated skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting - Forecasting, and Variance Analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Financial Reporting

• Ability to manage CapEx effectively

• Strong knowledge and understanding of finance principles

• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial planning

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines in financial reporting

• Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex financial data.
