Area Manager is responsible for managing a team and facilitating flow of information across multiple stakeholders to solve any potential issues that impact customer experience/ business continuity.

The candidate should have a basic understanding of the logistics space and should be able to communicate clearly in the written and oral form. Area Manager should be able to come up with process improvements drive them through completion.

Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce

Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises

Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives

Lift up to 22 Kgs and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach

Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud

General Escobedo, NLE, MEX

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
