Position Overview:
As an Operator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will be essential in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will report directly to our Operations Shift Supervisor and you'll work out of our location in Geismar Louisiana and work 12 hour rotating schedule. In this role, you will impact the production process by operating and monitoring equipment, conducting quality checks, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records will contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and monitor equipment to ensure efficient production processes
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks
Follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate records
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good communication and teamwork skills
