Boeing Poland Sp. z. o.o is looking for Automated Tests Engineer (C++) to join our Boeing team in Gdansk!
Join the Atlas team developing modular rendering engine (C2E) along with several other core functionalities int the digital aviation world! Work closely with design, product management and other US development teams to deliver industry leading mobile applications for electronic flight bag solutions like Flite Deck Pro, Aviator or Foreflight. You will become a part of Flite Deck Solutions family working within Digital Aviation Solutions – a software space in Boeing working with amazing range of digital products for aviation related end users (pilots, airlines, cabin crews, airports etc.).

The role offers flexible working options , including hybrid and remote opportunity. We are driven by needs and purpose. After onboarding to the team, effectively setting up environments and getting an ability to execute basic tasks – the need is not greater than 4 days a month, unless there is an emergency. There might be a need to travel to US on top.
Position Responsibilities:
Creating test automated framework/automated tests
Developing automated tasks through appropriate tools and scripting (E2E, Unit, Integration, and Performance testing)
Manual testing if applicable
Implementing strategies for quality management and testing
Ensuring that the software produced complies with the business and quality requirements
Taking care of clean code standards
Integrating test automated framework with CI/CD tools
Reviewing and debugging code
Defect lifecycle management
Required Qualifications:
Willingness to learn new things and own
Hungry for knowledge and experience
Good English and Polish skills on technical communicational level
Practical knowledge in automated testing frameworks ( C++ preferred )
Tactical knowledge in unit testing frameworks C#
Practical knowledge in using static analysis tools (e.g. SonarQube, Synopsys Coverity)
Practical knowledge in CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications/ Nice to have:
Understanding of Scrum/Agile development
Knowledge of Entity Framework Core or any equivalent library
Knowledge of containerization
Practical knowledge in using system monitoring tools (e.g. Azure Monitor, Azure AppInsight)
Understanding of REST API principles
Experience in testing API, UI
Aviation/navigation domain knowledge
End-to-End Testing,
AI/ML experience
Test Driven Development (TDD),
Analytical Skills (Technical),
