What You’ll Do :

• Keep It Running : Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure peak performance.

• Hands-On Maintenance : Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems, responding quickly to work orders and emergencies.

• Property Care : Inspect and maintain building interiors and exteriors, from walls and flooring to lighting and roofing.

• Problem Solver : Quickly troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and plumbing to keep downtime to a minimum.

• Compliance & Safety : Stay up to date with local, state, and federal building codes, ensuring all work is done safely and correctly.

• Emergency Ready : Respond to emergencies effectively to minimize disruption and keep everything running smoothly.

• Stay Sharp : Participate in training and stay familiar with building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and other critical building equipment.

What You’ll Bring :

Must-Haves :

• Universal EPA 608 Certification for HVAC work.

• At least 4 years of experience in building engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems).

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

• Able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 feet.

• Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and work overtime when needed.

Bonus Skills :

• Familiarity with MEP/HVAC system design and applications.

• Experience using CMMS technology to manage work orders.

• Prior experience in a commercial facilities service role.

Pay Details: $44.09 to $47.47 per hour
