SUMMARY

Robotic Welding Operator B primary responsibilities are to tack and load parts for a robot to weld and ensure robotic operations are being carried out properly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate robotic welding equipment and manual welding equipment safely and efficiently Firm understand of robotic welding cell safety features Perform daily checks and preventative maintenance Perform start up and shut down procedures Read weld symbols and blueprints Properly load and unload parts and fixtures Select correct robotic programs Use measuring devices and fixtures to identify nonconforming parts Inspect completed products for quality Follow standard operating procedures Keep area and equipment clean Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent manual gas metal arc welding skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous robotic welding experience

High school diploma or GED
