Job Title: Route Driver

Job Description

Join our dedicated team committed to excellence for our customers, partners, and each other. As a Route Driver, you are tasked to deliver products, manage and rotate account inventory, complete invoices, clean machines, and replace promotional materials. You will operate a box truck similar in size to a UHAUL moving truck and work with minimal supervision. Expect to work day shifts from Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM, with potential overtime up to 10 hours each week. Weekly meetings at the Garland Service Center are a part of this role. Compensation is at $20 per hour.

Hard Skills

• Valid Drivers License

• Minimum 2 years route driving experience

• Ability to drive more than 40% of the time

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Soft Skills

• Enthusiasm and motivation toward in-store merchandising and POS

• Ability to maintain customer relations, interpersonal and team relations

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Self-starter capable of accomplishing tasks timely

• Great oral and written communication skills

• Comfortable performing basic mathematical functions

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Garland, Texas.

Work Environment

Day shift starting at 8:00AM/9:00AM, potential for up to 10 hours of overtime each week. Driving box truck similar in size to a UHAUL moving truck with minimal supervision and weekly meetings at the Garland Service Center.
