Description We are looking for a Controller to join our team in Garden Grove, California. This role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. The Controller's role also includes financial risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions

• Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with President, COO and CFO concerning strategic planning

• Review reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures and suggest improvements needed

• Coordinate tax reporting programs and investor relations activities

• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors

• Analyze operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas for improvement

• Implement operational best practices and oversee all operations and business activities

• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

• Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team

• Manage and oversee various departmental budgets

• Oversee the financial and HR departments.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of DCAA

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of ERP Solutions

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Experience in dealing with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) matters

• Competence in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to implement and optimize ERP Solutions

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Knowledge of Auditing standards and procedures

• Experience in managing Budget Processes.
