As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:

• Manage all financial transactions related to accounts payable, including billing, invoices, and budget preparations.

• Process and verify vendor invoices, and resolve any discrepancies.

• Maintain well-organized and accurate records of financial transactions.

• Collaborate effectively with team to achieve shared goals.

• Ensure prompt and accurate payments, respecting deadlines and compliance with company policies.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and budget forecasts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven previous Accounts Payable work experience in a similar role is preferable.

• Working knowledge of finance software and advanced proficiency with MS Excel.

• Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.

• Solid data entry skills with an aptitude for numbers.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
