Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing grooming dressing and toadling

Provide Lighthouse keeping tasks including laundry meal preparation and cleaning

Monitoring report changes in clients health status to the care coordinator

Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises

Accompanying clients to appointments and assist with Transportation needs

Maintain accurate records of care provided in client's conditions

Adhere to establish care plans and follow all safety protocols and guidelines
