Our client in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the production department supporting the second shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Gainesville, Georgia

Pay Range: $60,000 - $72,000 (with potential to go up to $75,000 based on performance)

What's the Job?

• Oversee up to 25 employees on the production line

• Ensure production goals are met and quality standards are maintained

• Monitor and report on KPIs to upper management

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

What's Needed?

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach employees

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments

• Ability to work second shift hours (3pm-12am)

• Relocation for drive-in candidates
