The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in uncovering insights from complex datasets stored in databases and data warehouses, contributing directly to strategic decision-making processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, GTM Analytics, this role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of complex SQL queries and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to efficiently extract, clean, and transform data from backend systems, ensuring compatibility with analytical tools and processes.

• Utilize statistical techniques and data modeling methodologies to analyze large volumes of backend data, identifying trends, correlations, and anomalies to inform business decisions.

• Provide analytical insights into the current state of the business that can be leveraged for growth opportunities.

• Implement performance monitoring and optimization strategies for backend databases and data processing pipelines to enhance efficiency and scalability.

• Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market processes and work with cross-functional groups to support these improvements.

• Maintain high levels of accuracy, integrity, process consistency and documentation in planning, forecasting, and modeling approaches.

• Develop and implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of backend data sources.

• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings, maintaining a centralized repository of technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Design and create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Science, or Data Engineering

• Advanced Experience with Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insights.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity, quality, and confidentiality.

Preferred

• Experience with R, Jupyter, and other analysis libraries

• Experience with JavaScript and HTML

• Experience with Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics
