ADP is hiring a Client Tech Support Consultant III – GlobalView Time . In this position you will deliver configuration/consulting services to ADP GlobalView (SAP) time clients within the parameters of the GlobalView solution and services, and you will ensure clients experience world class service when engaged.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 2nd level post-live issue resolution within Service Level Agreement timeframes - specifically investigation, solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.

• Assist various GlobalView teams with any questions or queries involving GlobalView time, and also educate them with our processes in efforts to provide stellar service to our clients.

• Create of work schedule rules.

• Work schedule variants and selection rules according to business requirements, including dynamic work schedules as per requirements.

• Process absence quotas and attendance quotas.

• Demonstrate solid skills in regards to schemas TM00TW15, and PCR’s TR10, TO20, TO16, TE30.

• Create various Time Types according to business requirements.

• Work on time wage types for regular & overtime hours.

• Work on other time-related features.

• Provide mentoring support and guidance to other ADP associates on areas of expertise.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 5 Years of Directly Related Experience configuring SAP Time.

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.

• Fluency in English (oral and written).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Prior experience with GlobalView Time product highly preferred.

• Process driven / experience in deploying process across multiple teams.

• Strong client service orientation.

• Solid analytical skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong initiative and enthusiasm.

• PC literate (Windows, Excel, Word).
