Overview
Responsible for delivering operational improvements in the Americas region through the strategic deployment of continuous improvement tools and techniques. Lead the journey of the Lean initiative through the enhancement of the company's long-range strategic plan which will drive top-tier performance. Specifically, this role will work with other lean leads to gain alignment on the execution of the supply chain approach. This role will also create a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture that drives the behavior of employees to challenge the status quo to deliver sustainable results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. Support the business to improve and simplify existing processes and ensure the capability of the new ones to drive reliability, predictability, and efficiency while making the best use of available resources using continuous improvement methodologies.
Responsibilities
Drive maturity of SIOP within TE Energy BU, define and implement the process with the key stakeholders, deploy at the regional level, and guarantee consistency at the global level
Coordinate all 5 steps of SIOP at the global level and report to the Global Executive leaders on a monthly basis
Measure SIOP impacts to drive efficient and aligned decision-making processes and improve Customer Satisfaction, cash, and growth
Define the road map of the implementation of the Customer Value Proposition in TE Energy Supply Chain and Operation organization in conjunction with the strategic goals of Customer Segmentation and production segmentation
Ensure the sharing and driving of best practices and lessons learned to standardize and increase efficiency and sustainability
Define, and establish global policies on key supply chain processes, train the teams, and guarantee the sustainability of the on-boarding/ training process
Deliver sustainable cultural and behavioral changes across the teams to build a continuous improvement mindset through coaching, mentoring, and influencing employees
Setting high standards for performance by which the team is driven and motivated to succeed
Be recognized as a master in collaboration across boundaries, transferring best practices among regions/Bus and partnering with other BUs Supply chain Leaders and Corporate Supply Chain Committee
Provide both strategic and tactical leadership
Standardize and enhance SAP capabilities to drive efficiency, accuracy, and quality
Build and support the deployment of standard analytics within the Supply chain and Operation function of the Energy BU

Qualifications required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Master's Degree preferred.
10 to 15 years of professional experience with focus on Supply Chain, SIOP, Customer service, Warehousing
Previous experience leading and transforming process and organization at multiple sites
Excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management
Strong team leader, ability to think strategically and execute tactically to deliver results
Analytically, data-driven and problem solving mindset
Ability to have a holistic overview of complex situations and flexibility to deal effectively with difficult issues when they arise.
Fluent in English. Spanish (differentiator)
The role will involve travel to countries within North & South Americas and potentially overseas within the business unit and will require overnight stays
The role has a heavy emphasis on supporting and coaching executive leaders in the organization

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $129,120 - 193,680(subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
