They are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Multi-site Controller to join their outstanding finance team.

Job Description:

As a Multi-site Controller, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support across multiple manufacturing sites. You will liaise between our sites for all financial and procedural controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role oversees all aspects of accounting operations, including internal controls, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, forecasting, SOX controls, and audit support.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the financial operations of multiple manufacturing sites.

Lead company efforts to implement new ERP system and drive productivity improvements and business simplification throughout the organization.

Aid in the development and implementation of financial controls and processes across the sites.

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company compared to budget / forecast and implement changes to improve results.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and site performance reports.

Support budget and forecast activities by site

Present financial information to non-financial team members

Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all sites

Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis

Foster positive relationships with site leadership to drive financial performance.

Develop and supervise the staff, monitor staff performance, and evaluate department effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

CPA or CMA preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
