Description

We are offering a contract for a permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in the Kalamazoo area. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of data, processing and forecasting cash flow, and preparing for audits. You will also be expected to maintain and organize files, handle lease agreements, loan agreements, and schedules, and contribute to the development of Power BI metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize large sets of data effectively

• Extract and process data into Excel for cash flow forecasting

• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain and organize files

• Assist with audit preparation and building schedules for CPA's

• Handle lease agreements, loan agreements, and schedules

• Utilize VLOOKUP and Pivot Table functions for data organization

• Contribute to the development of Power BI metrics

• Monitor and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts

• Resolve any issues regarding the audit trail and journal entries

• Generate simple P& L and cash flow forecasts.

Requirements • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is a must.

• Demonstrable experience with Pivot Table to analyze data effectively.

• Mastery of VLOOKUP function in Excel to fetch and manipulate data.

• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Forecasts to anticipate the organization's financial position.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.

• Previous experience in Audit Prep to ensure financial records are accurate.

• Familiarity with Power BI for creating interactive data visualizations.
