Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in the manufacturing industry. The HR recruiter will also be responsible for high output productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing candidates for various positions.

• Building a robust pipeline of potential candidates for different departments.

• Managing a large volume of recruitment tasks and handling high volume calls effectively.

• Utilizing CRM and ATS systems to manage the recruitment process.

• Utilizing full cycle recruiting knowledge to ensure the hiring process is efficient and effective.

• Ensuring that the company's hiring needs are met by filling the necessary positions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Recruiter role

• Proven experience in Recruitment - Sourcing, Corporate Recruiting, Full Cycle Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Sourcing

• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, laws, and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in using HR software and digital recruitment tools

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
