Job Description

A Construction Management company is looking for a Superintendent to oversee multiple projects at CSU Fullerton including the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors (5-10 headcount) to accomplish Electrical and Mechanical Renovations. The Superintendent will sit on site at the University in a temporary office. Responsibilities include:

 · Oversees daily operations at a construction site.

 · Work with subcontractors, QC, inspectors, and the owners.

 · Follows construction drawings and approved plans.

 · Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials.

 · Attend weekly meeting with owners and other team members

 · Review RFI and schedule with subcontractors

 · Supervise multiple projects within the same campus

 · Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation.

 · Works directly with the project manager, architect, engineer, electrician, and other specialists

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent, primarily in the field

Recent experience with project sized between $1M and $7M

Experience with Electrical, Mechanical, and public works renovations on commercial buildings OSHA 30 Certification

Quality control Experience

Contracting licenses

Experience with Procore

1+ year experience with Government funded projects null
