Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and deliver data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business processes and systems. As part of the team, you will contribute to the optimization of operations and help shape the strategic direction of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs and requirements to identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other business analysts to ensure seamless communication and implementation of solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of data, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows.
Provide support during the implementation and testing phases of projects to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in business operations.
Provide training and support to business users to ensure effective adoption of new processes and tools.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and design effective solutions.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analysis, and creating process models.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and business process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in data analysis and creating reports to support business decisions.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
