As a Summer Coop 2025 - Coffee Supply Chain Obsolescence in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. As an Obsolescence Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver top-quality coffee while delivering cost-saving benefits to KDP. You’ll analyze inventory data and demand signals, and develop strategies to minimize waste and maximize freshness. A knack for data, a keen attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude will be keys to success in this role. This coop will focus on a project specializing in inventory control across the various hot coffee network locations.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2025 Summer Coop Program will run from July 9 - December 5, 2025

  • Full-time; 40 hours per week

  • Monday-Friday

  • 8:00am until 5:00pm

  • Hybrid role

As a Coffee Supply Chain Obsolescence Coop you will:

  • Define the trigger points that justify redeployment of aged inventory

  • Create an exception report that identifies items/ batches/ quantities that should be moved around HOT network

  • Implement execution process with Supply Planning and Logistics to transfer inventory as cost effectively as possible

Elements of the KDP Intern/Co-Op Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment

  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders

  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting

  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network

  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management

  • Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
