Keurig Dr Pepper Senior Financial Data Analyst in Frisco, Texas

Job Overview

Keurig Dr. Pepper is seeking a hands-on experienced Senior Financial Data Analyst for its Corporate FP&A function. This position requires a process leader who will partner with the financial management team to provide decision support and increase productivity across organization.

As a Senior Financial Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be driven by interpreting data and creating reports, system reconciliations, driving process improvements, supporting the Financial Product Owner in building financial data products, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

This position is based in our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office/2 days work from home on a a weekly basis)

Key Responsibilities:

Large Data Interpretation/Modeling Support:

  • Perform ad hoc projects and analysis derived from varying datasets.

  • Generate financial models and analyses using advanced analytical tools and multiple reporting systems; provides readily accessible information and projections with guidance.

  • Lead financial process improvement regarding information and model management.

  • Maintain complex information models and provide support to end-users with financial data extraction.

    System/Financial Reconciliation:

  • Collect, clean, and organize financial data from various sources including databases.

  • Reconcile granular datasets between multiple source systems using independently developed models.

  • Troubleshoot incongruent system results and work with different IT & Operational stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

    Project Management

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Work with Product Owner to define product strategy and business value of new features.

  • Gather development requirements and translate into product development roadmap.

  • Craft compelling and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex data, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience with problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Required advanced technical skillset in Excel, Power Point.

  • VBA, Tableau, SQL experience a plus.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on parallel process streams.
