Seasonal RRT PRN
Program runs from August 25, 2024 to April 5, 2025
Pay Rate: $54/hr
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
All seasonal employees are required to work a minimum of 72 hours per pay period during the seasonal period.
All positions require 1 year of experience.
Three (3) weekend shifts are required each 4-week schedule period.
During the course of the 32-week period, the employee is required to work two (2) holiday shifts (defined by Department Manager or designee).
Within a close geography, you may be asked to float to another facility that has an emergent staffing need.
Seasonal Staff are PRN status employees and are subject to first call-off. There are no guaranteed hours by the hospital.
Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for benefits, except 401(k) and retirement contribution per the PRN policy.
Seasonal Staff will not be eligible for extra shift bonuses (D1/CND, D2/ECD, and D3/EVD)
Current FT/PT/PRN employees are not eligible to join the Seasonal program for 2024-2025
Current employees of HWS are not eligible for the seasonal program. Shifts may vary based on the needs of the department.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Performs high quality diagnostic radiographic procedures, focusing on patient care and education. Supports and helps achieve departmental goals. Effectively participates and promotes Star Service skills to include service recovery.
Provide high quality diagnostic imaging

Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job function.
Delivers customer focused care utilizing the Excellence Always Standards to include the transport of patients as necessary to facilitate optimal patient care/flow.
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Registered Radiographer (ARRT)
State Registered Radiologic Technician
Graduate or Certificate from a Professional School of Radiology
1+ years experience required
