Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
Supports various activities related to the administrative and analytical components of a multi-institution musculoskeletal outcomes registry
Supports data collection, analyses, and assessments from multiple sources to identify opportunities for improvement. May develop run charts, control charts and other graphical representations of outcome metrics, as appropriate.
Collaborates with team to develop posters, abstracts and/or manuscripts
Manages ongoing projects list; manages manuscript communications, feedback and required submissions for participating surgeons
Oversees the semi-annual auditing process with participating institutions
Effectively works with team members prioritize project tasks and completion of each task and maintains comprehensive documentation.
Coordinates and maintains good standing with participating institutions in different collaboratives.
Responsible for contract management and acting as a liaison between participating institutions and Scottish Rite’s legal team.
Supports facilitation of data audits and special data requests
Responsible for all charge/revenue reconciliation, expenses and ongoing budget management
Manages all preparation for the Annual SCORE meeting, including but not limited to document preparation, host-site bookings/communications and necessary equipment/other support needed.
Responsible for facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings and ensuring all activities are completed on time, within scope and within budget
May prepare communications with participating institutions regarding participation, data, and information regarding upcoming events or deadlines.
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-5 years of proven experience in management of a quality-based registry or project management
Strong organization, facilitation and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
Ability to work with electronic medical record, spreadsheets, databases, and application of basic software: MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Minitab. Statistical analysis skills preferred.
Ability to work with moderate supervision toward a desired outcome
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
