Description

We are on the hunt for a meticulous Financial Analyst in the Food & Food Processing industry to join our team in Frisco, Texas. The chosen candidate will be tasked with developing pricing and profitability analytics, supporting trade promotion management, and building reports in collaboration with others. This role also involves working closely with the Sales and Finance leadership in constructing the company's annual business plan.

Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing and profitability analytics from gross sales through contribution margin

• Support trade promotion management and shopper marketing performance, administration, and reporting

• Build and present a reporting package of period and YTD results in collaboration with others

• Work closely with Commercial teams on selling and marketing expense performance

• Assist in the monthly sales/product forecast process with Demand Planning and Sales

• Collaborate with Sales and Finance leadership in building the company’s annual business plan

• Collaborate with Marketing to provide a robust view of retailer sales data

• Support the Associate Director, Commercial Finance on other projects and analyses as needed

• Utilize skills in forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, market analysis, and commercial finance to execute duties effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in forecasting and budgeting is expected

• Demonstrated ability in variance analysis is essential

• Possess skills in market analysis within the CPG/Manufacturing industry

• Commercial finance experience
