Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled Property Administrator in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry based in Fresno, California. The role involves managing the daily operations of our property portfolio, ensuring compliance with both company policies and industry regulations. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance requests efficiently and in a timely manner

• Prepare accurate lease agreements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations

• Address tenant inquiries professionally, providing excellent customer service

• Maintain accurate property records, ensuring all information is up-to-date

• Utilize property management software proficiently for all administrative tasks

• Handle accounting functions related to property management using Accounting Software Systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, for correspondence and documentation

• Ensure all properties are appropriately insured and all insurance-related documents are up-to-date

• Manage accounts payable (AP) related to property management, ensuring all payments are made on time

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations in all tasks and responsibilities. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in the real estate property/facilities management industry

• Proficiency in accounting software systems

• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Understanding of accounting functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Excellent correspondence skills

• Strong documentation abilities

• Knowledge of insurance related to property and facilities management
