We are currently in search of a self-motivated and detail-oriented candidate to work in the Powder Coating Department. The successful candidate is eager to learn, willing to be trained, and has an excellent attendance record. While experience is a huge advantage, we will consider hiring and training someone interested and committed to hard work. Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team and must practice general shop safety.

salary: $16 - $17.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 5 AM - 1:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Load parts on powder coating conveyor

• Transport raw materials and finished products: move, stack, store, and transfer materials and

supplies around the shop and storage areas

• Assist team members: Deliver materials and equipment to other team members to help

complete projects on time

• Inspect parts for defects

• Operate, clean, and maintain tools depending on the task assigned

• Understand the company's high standards of cosmetic workmanship

• Clear working areas by cleaning up rubble, debris, and other waste materials to eliminate

possible hazards

• Follow safety guidelines and operate in a safe manner

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time
