JOB SUMMARY:

The Nobel Biocare University Sales Specialist will lead and facilitate compliance with our Envista Partner universities and residency programs by implementing the necessary process, procedures and Nobel training systems. The University Specialist will provide comprehensive training to university staff, students, and dental professionals, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Nobel Biocare products effectively. This role will ensure full compliance and execution of all our contracts and incorporation of Nobel into various clinics curriculum. The role will work with our Business Development team to plan, implement and follow through on strategic partnerships with Nobel throughout the dental clinics in the University. They will be responsible for growing sales throughout the University and associated programs.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Envista Business Development team on implementation of programs and trainings to support Nobel short term and long term goals within partner universities.

  • Support local residents and CE events for universities within multiple clinics

  • Fully understand contract policies and obligations be able to communicate that to all key stakeholders.

  • Process and implement all request for contract modifications including but not limited to product additions or deletions, price increases and/or administrative changes.

  • Participate in quarterly reviews with the Univ and leadership.

  • Work with Univ Support Specialist to prepare and submit university registrations and bids.

  • Identify and initiate sales opportunities within the Univ

  • Monitor and track university agreements according to our compliance guidelines as well as terms of agreements and expirations.

  • Gift In Kind Presentations to internal committees

  • Work with the local Nobel Team for support and implementing programs and follow through

  • Travel 30-40% depending on candidate's location.

  • Facilitate hands-on training sessions and workshops to ensure seamless integration of Nobel Biocare technologies within educational settings.

  • Provide comprehensive training to university staff, students, and dental professionals, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing Nobel Biocare products effectively

  • Track sales cycles and proactively plan countermeasures

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent experience or certifications in Dental.

  • 3+ years dental implant sales experience

  • Experience working within the university space; particular with residency or hospital programs including working with multiple programs under one institution.

  • Experience with RFP and University contracting processes and procedures

  • Ability to train and speak to groups and communicate with Director’s and Committee Chairs

  • Track and understand sales cycles within institutions and underserved communities

  • Ability to travel through California and west coast as needed; 30%-40 overnight travel will be required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to manage and communicate with multiple contacts in an institutional setting

  • Very good PC/Web based skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

  • Time management skills

  • Good communications skills, written and verbal.

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
