Trinity Health Manager, Supply Chain Logistics in Fresno, California

Description:

Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management, as the Manager Supply Chain Logistics Specialty. Guides, trains, mentors & monitors Supply Chain colleagues while contributing to the development & execution of Departmental, Ministry & System Office based strategic plans. Provides operations & / or optimization leadership focus. Balances between staff leadership, broader organizational direction & administration. Accountable for the performance, regulatory readiness, & results of a small to medium-sized single functional domain within a limited geography.

  1. Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent combination of education & healthcare Supply Chain experience.

  2. 5 years verifiable, Supply Chain-related experience in a progressive work environment.

  3. Prior leadership or supervisory experience.

Additional Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree a plus.

  2. Prior healthcare Supply Chain experience.

Direct Healthcare & Indirect / Support Healthcare Services: must be able to:

  1. Adapt to frequent interruptions, shifting priorities & stressful situations; Attend to tasks until complete, understanding & relate to complex ideas & concepts & be able to remember multiple tasks & regimens extending over long periods of time & work on concurrent tasks / projects.

  2. Read small print, frequent ability to hear normal sounds & voice patterns, able to give / receive instructions & other verbal communications in-person & over the phone / computer / device / equipment assigned with some background noise.

  3. Perform frequent manual dexterity activities & occasional grasping/handling.

  4. Continuous attention to maintain a safe working environment & use of available personal protective equipment (PPE).

  5. Comply with Trinity Health’s policies & procedures

Pay Range ($41.00 - $61.50)
