WEEKS : 13 Weeks

HOURS : 40 Hours

Pay: $4000.00 Gross weekly plus paid travel if live 60+ miles from facility.

Trinity Health is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Interim RN Manager of Labor and Delivery. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensure the highest standards of patient care, and inspire our dedicated team of nurses during a crucial period of transition. We’re seeking a leader with a strong background in Labor and Delivery, OB Triage, Recovery and Postpartum, Well Baby Nursery and NICU care who can confidently manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities while driving excellence in patient outcomes.

MINIMIUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.

  • Master's Degree is preferred.

  • Minimum five years acute care nursing experience and two years of management and administrative experience are required.

  • Budgeting and financial management, negotiation and conflict resolution, change leadership, systems thinking, performance improvement, human resource management, and strategic planning skills are required.

  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration, teamwork, coaching/mentoring, andnetworking.

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.

  • A thorough understanding of electronic medical records, clinical informatics, and other advanced health care technologies is required.

  • Required- Significant experience in Women’s Services – Labor & Delivery / Triage

  • Regulatory Experience

  • Good at operationalizing changes and processes
