Are you an experienced RN Director of Women & Children Services looking for an interim assignment? Join Trinity Health 's FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool as an Interim Leader. FirstChoice Leaders fill interim leadership assignments across our nationwide healthcare system.

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the FirstChoice Women & Children Service Director works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide administrative support and direction to directors/managers within the Women & Children Services/assigned area(s) of responsibility over agreed upon assignment (interim) period.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating safe high-quality patient care/services as directed by the ministry/site executive team. Reports to the ministry/site senior executive, based upon assigned interim duties; and to the FirstChoice executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.

  • Minimum five years acute care Women & Infant Services RN Director experience, required.

  • Budgeting and financial management, negotiation and conflict resolution, change leadership, systems thinking, performance improvement, human resource management, and strategic planning skills are required.

  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration, teamwork, coaching/mentoring, and networking.

  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS card is required.

Gross weekly pay rate is $4675.00 which includes tax free stipend
